Equipment Needed: Lights Weights, Resistance Bands
This class is held through Zoom. A camera and microphone are recommended to participate. Increase muscular strength and range of movement. We will use hand weights, tubing, a ball, and a chair for seated or standing support. Get stronger while having fun.
