Stay Healthy and Reduce Stress

Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle. It can help prevent illness and reduce stress. It’s important to us that our members are able to maintain a regular wellness routine wherever they are, with the classes they love and instructors that they have come to know like family. Members of The Granite YMCA can now take full advantage of this added benefit through use of the following features:

About The Granite YMCA

Established in 1854, The Granite YMCA is part of the worldwide non-profit Y organization. With branches in Manchester, Goffstown, Londonderry, Portsmouth, and Rochester and New Hampshire’s leading camping programs, we focus on youth development, healthy living, family strengthening, and social responsibility. The Granite YMCA is part of the state’s safety net in support of those less fortunate. In 2019, we were proud to provide financial aid and/or free services valued at $1.6 million dollars to more than 26,189 individuals across NH. This outreach included: sliding scale fee structure for programs and services, free use of facilities to a broad range of non-profits, camp scholarships and reduced fee or free child care services.

The Granite YMCA is committed to equity and inclusion, creating opportunities for all. As a cornerstone of the communities we serve, the Y:

  • Strives to be diverse, multicultural, and to promote a culture free from bias and injustice
  • Boldly models inclusive, anti-racist behaviors that embrace all people
  • Positively connects, strengthens, and impacts all segments of our communities

Working together as one united community, we can make a world of difference.
